I change a plug once a year in my two strokes because they just wear out. Use whatever mix is recommended for the oil, if no recommendation is listed on the oil I personally go to 32:1. Didn't in the good old days the g's on impact determine how long it took you to get up? I seem to remember at one point a simple tip over would be just picking the bike up and continuing on, while crashing your brains out on a triple would result in the screen going black for a while.
