I could make the tire to ground contact joint have adjustable spongyness. It could easily introduce other problems though. who knows? how could that be implemented? perhaps as "tyre air pressure adjustment" in the bike setup menu,might be worth a beta test at a convenient time! grip gradient i thin...

the bike and rider physics models,together with the setup adjustments available are really superb, the major limitation of the sim are the terrain physics,with only a 2d hard/solid surface to manipulate. one solution would perhaps be to make an entire 3d track surface in blender,or cover the entire ...

hmmm...ok cant see me getting into POV-ray just yet,thanks for the answers.
one more question i noticed another track i made has a pov file in it, dunno why would it was generated,when i release the track should i leave it in or delete it?

ha yours! i thought maybe so cos i couldnt see how it would be generated without a ref. to the png location, thanks jlv so i copy this file and place it in my track folder? i cant see how to set the clock value in the file,can you give me an example,please. btw would my method work if i had the pngs...

hey yeh, i think the camera helps give that impression,some spots are wide for sure,but even the narrow stuff looks wide on the vid!Pumaxcs wrote:Little to wide but I like it.

anyone know who made this skybox?
i really like it,and i'd like to use it on a track where i've changed the sun vector,if i could get the pngs i could rename north south east west up so it'll work out.
any help finding the creator would be much appreciated

JLV has shown that the bikes are actually overpowered by 5 hp ok, consider the default setting for dirt as set originally by jlv at 1.0 friction and 20/50 rolling resistance, i believe these were the original default settings before tile info mapping was introduced and perhaps could be regarded as ...

put simply,first off unzip and put all the decal pngs in your track folder that you want to use. to get them into editor and onto your track you have to open the decal file thats in your track folder,and type a new line for each new decal you want to add (i use Editplus3 to open the file). don't wor...
