If i was you i wouldn't be deleting tracks and skins from my personal folder... There should be a saf or JPG, and maybe a folder. Just search the gear you want to delete in the toolbar of your personal folder, and it should come up with results.

This also happens to my ATI 5650 graphics card. I think its just ATI to tell you the truth. My old desktop has a nvidia and it runs perfectly.
This might help you though. In your ATI graphics properties, set it to 1/2 performance and 1/2 quality. Just wondering if it may fix the problem

You should just be able to delete them in your personal folder. Did you put them into your trash can?
