Rider lean

JLV, have you started on the rider forward/back lean yet? I was thinking about it and this is the perfect oportunity to change the steering. Instead of looking at it as which way you are turning the bars think of it as the way the rider leans the bike. When you want to go left you lean the bike to t...

Re: Game Suggestions

I think the sit/dab button should double as an absorb (bend knees) button. This way it could be used for scrubbing - whip it while bending your knees, it could also be used for preloading - press it in while you are going up the face of a jump then right at the top let it go to straighten your legs....

Re: Suspension

I think the biggest reason this game doesnt handle whoops and bumps well is because the rider is just a static object. In reality you absorb bumps with both the suspension and your legs. I think onces the rider gets some movement (including using his legs as suspension) riding over rough terrain wil...

Re: Clutch not engaging completely

I don't think thats the problem cause even when I'm on the track it does the same thing...its like the button isnt quite pushed in all the way...i recalibrated the controller but it still isnt working right...i think the clutch needs to be completely engaged when the trigger is held down 3/4 of the ...

Clutch not engaging completely

I use an xbox 360 controller and at the start when I pull in the clutch (left trigger) and hold the gas I move forward slowly. Does anybody else have this problem?

What settings are you riding at on the video? or is that just an AI rider. I really wanna know what stability setting turns like that but is still pretty stable.

That's about how I was planning on making the arcade mode work. And while I do intend to do it, directly setting the lean angle that way is inherently unrealistic. It really can't be done without applying large external torques on the bike, and forcing things like that creates unnatural looking con...

You can change which way the steering goes by changing "Reversed Steering" under "Bike Setup". The way the bars turn vs. the way you lean will always be opposed in a realistic two wheeler simulation. Next time you're out riding, try turning the bars to the left and holding it there for as long as y...

I like the game...The biggest thing I think needs to be changed is the turning controls. When you turn the rider the controls should control the leaning not the handlebars. that way left will always be left and right will always be right. And you deffinately need to add forward and backward lean so ...
