Honestly though, chances of anything going wrong are really, really small. I'd do it in a heartbeat.

We'd do shit like that in the climbing gym. There was a hook in the dead center of the gym that was damn near impossible to get to for your average joe (around a 5.13b), but you'd hook into that and swing. It's also breaking the rules so knowing the guys who run the place helped too.
