nah, that shroud was primarily the line tool in photoshop, working with the mouse.
there was a touch of free hand brush work with the mouse as well, but not much.

its an issue with the latest open GL ATI driver, i found that i could get the game to stop crashing so frequently by rolling back the drivers to the last version

i just did it myself

it looks kind of stop-start to me, like the sections dont flow together, and some of those flat corners looked quite awkward to navigate, especially the tighter ones

this track has grown on me actually, however, some of the upramps are absolutely rooted, kick you over the bars if you so much as look at them the wrong way
