I know this has been asked but... does it work to make OFFICIAL TIMED LAPS like 00, 01, 02 and 03??

Not entirely sure what you mean but there is individual player stats the mxs homepage.

can you make the lap times count for the combined lap times too? since we already broke a record, well siemen did.

No it doesn't. Yesterday I improved my lap times at Phoenix but I still have the old record.
