How can i backflip?

Hello guys, I've been trying to backflip some people can backflip really easy even on dirt tracks (sx tracks). I've been asking a lot f people. I can only get half way. People that can do it spin a lot faster then me. Is there a setup I need to make it easier?

Not a setup as such but if your rider movement is fast then its easier.

Roll up to the jump leaning forward and as you take off, pop the clutch, rev the anus off it and lean back

i also change one gear up just before i pop the flip.

Backflips and 360s are generally pretty easy if you can time it right. The rider vertical and forward movement does help a lot on the setup, I use 90, 62, 90, 40 in order from top to bottom. Practice on some big tables or doubles preferably at the JS7 Compound. Ramps are a bit harder to get used to because the arch on the takeoff is much deeper than a regular jump. One day you will be able to do some double backflips and 720s like me

Also when in the air, tap in the biggest gear and bang it on the rev limiter. Makes it spin just a little bit faster.

a 450 helps pop clutch off top lean back
