--commands are for the target line (shortcut->right click->properties->target line)
/commands are for personal usage
server, are for server.
To save a demo, make sure to have record demo yes. While racing and you want to save a demo, type in /namedemo DESIREDDEMONAME to save your current demo (type that in the chat window). To back up 10 demos, type in /demobackups 10

I downloaded mxsim1.10. i tried to install the game. but on the destination folder, what one do i have to choose? C>program files (86x)> mx simulator but i can't click next

You need to choose the folder you have the full 1.9 version installed in. If it's giving you trouble you can also just redownload from your BMT link to get the full 1.10 installer.
