I was just trying the track and i still rode it better...less bouncy for me
I also tried Washougal and it felt less bumpy

holy shit u guys got to give it an actual chance. yes the game is quite a bit easier now. chill out. also it sounds like the rider model is easily modable and im sure it will be gettin spiffed up quickly. whoever said u cant whip anymore must be on arcade physics?? it seems like its back to its old whipping ways and i enjoy that. i think the biggest thing is the new camera view. i dont like it at all. its way too close and low. maybe another option jlv? somethin similar to where it used to be?

i seriously cant see what you are all talking about, i think we have lost touch with how hard this game actually is, i havent noted any giant improvement over my speed on the rider test, and really, any increase in speed should be put down to an increase in the realism of the rider movement, if you think about it, the reason that you have better traction and can handle bumps better now is because that would be what would happen in real life, personally, i still think the game presents a challenge, and the physics model is lightyears ahead of the competition.

The physics haven't changed since newridertest1. The only difference is the way the rider looks. Placebo effect maybe?

The movements seem fine with the rider I'm testing. It very well could be the look of things.

hahaha, wow, i didnt think it felt very different, my apologies for even implying that you'd done something unbeneficial for the physics man.

It's fine to criticize it, but it is kind of funny how no changes can cause such a reaction.

I'll make some skinnier riders. I always thought the old rider was way too skinny and I probably overcompensated with this one.

sounds good
i realized that there has been no changing by comparing...
but with the huge rider it just makes it feel funky

oh yea i know critisism is mostly what made this game what it is today(and some very genius people)
without peoples perspective on something how are you gonna make it better

actually the old rider was about perfect size

but it could still work if he was a little bigger
