New features:
- Prevents screensaver from starting on Windows.
- Falls back to default model/skin if anything is missing.
- Optionally uses a separate rider model for the first person view. (Default is "rider_body_fp.jm".)

Replace mx.exe or mxbin with one of the above files. I'd keep a backup of the originals since these aren't well tested.

The rider has the same UV layout as the one from the previous snapshot.

You mean the pre-bones rider? He missed a triple and the whole pack ran him over. He hasn't been back on the bike since. I think he's going to retire permanently.
