anyone else here gets dizzy while playing mx sim ?
i have to stop playing after a while, cause i get verry dizzy ... i think it has something to do with the weird camera movement in first person
dizzy on mx sim
Re: dizzy on mx sim
I get it in 1st person as well.
Just play 3rd, when you start racing you'll be able to avoid block passes 100X better and you'll be like what don't these other dingbats do it?

Re: dizzy on mx sim
but i like first person way more lol, and i cant play in 3th person
Re: dizzy on mx sim
3rd person is for tossers anyways
Re: dizzy on mx sim
it might help to increase you fov(field of view in graphics settings).
I personally ride with 110. it won't make the camera move more slowly but it will allow you to see more.

Re: dizzy on mx sim
Only advantage for 3rd is seeing where people are around you, it doesn't feel right at all though.
I don't get dizzy, but your eyes to get tired when you ride tracks like Hangtown with the amount of braking bumps there are, camera moves a lot then. I wouldn't want the camera to stay still though, would be a lot harder to be able to tell what the bike is doing (yes you can actually tell what the bike is doing in first person guys!)

Re: dizzy on mx sim
i think i have my camera angle pretty high http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KzMroIeVDY its just the movement making me sick
Re: dizzy on mx sim
Try to find your own solution. But that angle looks pretty similar to mine. 0hight, 0angle, 100 field of view.
It may sound funny. But Michael Schumacher couldn't practice in the Mercedes simulator either. Also he was getting dizzy after 10-15minutes and if he kept riding he even had to puke. It took a while till they got that problem fixed.
