Changes:
- Hopefully fixed the collision hang properly.
- Fixed track change bug.
- Reduced bandwidth usage.

This version isn't compatible with the last one. I have the server at elsinore.mxsimulator.com:19801 running this version. The other server is still on the old version at the moment.
Update: elsinore.mxsimulator.com (i.e. the default port of 19800) is now running the new protocol

Replace mx.exe or mxbin with one of the above files. I'd keep a backup of the originals since these aren't well tested.

wow I'm not sure if you did anything since the unofficial snapshot but it's certainly the best connection ive had... everyone is running smoothly and i have a ping of 200 from 600. Another decrease would be soo awesome.
