The position is already in the helmet, so I guess you mean the orientation? The helmet's roll doesn't match the rest of the bike so if I matched the camera orientation to it you would lose the solid horizon that gives you your sense of balance. It might make sense to match only the pitch though.

.34 and 13 is close to a helmet cam with a decent angle.

@JohnnyMac

First one was the original idea. Second one was asking if he got a chance to test the idea. third was clarifying to someone that i had not made a new first person camera. Fourth was assuring he understood what my suggestion was. Fifth was thanking jlv and offering more ideas so that it could be further improved. Not sure what was wrong with that...Seems this has proved my point. i rest my case.

OK, since what snapshot has the 3rd person camera been changed? Was it when the new physics came in, or when he added the two options for the 3rd person camera?

Pretty sure that had nothing to do with the 3rd person camera. Has anyone else noticed the 3rd person camera is different than it originally was (when set to rigid)? You are sure that you have it set to rigid in the graphics menu?

it changed something about how its connected because it was one of the marked things on the description. instead of the camera being loose and freeflowing around the guy it feels like its attached to the swing arm or something it bounces all over the place and feels so wierd.

i did man rigid camera doesnt change how the camera is connected. i think he said something about changing it from being connected from the rider to the bike or the other way around....but it made it feel retarded so i never had to deal with it cuz i just kept using the old snap shot untill now.
