I'm pretty sure no one else has had this trouble. Try deleting your config file.

There's 1st Person Height, and 1st Person Angle options

I looked in the graphics options, and I don't have anything like that the closest I have is field of view

I had the exact same problem, i used the old snapshot cause it had the best 3rd person camera and now im trying to get used to the new snapshot camera and it bounces all over the place i can even whip the bike nearly as good as i did before.

so yeah...i dont need to "delete any config files" or "set rigid camera"
