Did you already started modelling? Because Kamloops made me a stadium last year, and then Brian (I gues) released his version and i never finished mine. So maybe I can ask Kamloops if you guys are allowed to use it?
I'm not sure but I gues the skinning isn't done.

For the texture, some objects are done (by Andy), but most objects need it.
