Post anything about MX Simulator here. Please. I'm begging you.

Changes:
- The rider now leans back a little when his chest is close to the bars.

Windows users: http://mxsimulator.com/snapshots/mx-2009-05-22.exe
Linux users: http://mxsimulator.com/snapshots/mxbin-2009-05-22

Replace mx.exe or mxbin with one of the above files. I'd keep a backup of the originals since these aren't well tested.

You will also need to put this file in your install folder:
http://mxsimulator.com/zzzx.saf
(This hasn't changed since the 2008-11-26 version.)

Yeah, he does seem to sit a bit upright now. But it looks more natural than it did before, when he did the chicken wing when he leaned forward. He looks really tall now. But as MButler said, he does look a bit goonish, mainly because he does look like he is riding as aggressive as he did before

Was this an aesthetic change or was it aimed at lightening up the front end?

I must say, the positioning does look much better when he doing starts. Looks about spot on to what you do in real life

I, for one, love it. Exactly what I was looking for, thanks you so much. If you want him to bend over a bit more to please the others to not make him goonie(lol) then I guess do what you gotta do.

This is about as far forward as he can get without getting the chicken wing look.

BTW, if this version works for everyone it will probably be the 1.2 exe.

One request. Could you please make a setting for experienced riders, so that the legs stick out front instead of out to the side? Because most of the faster guys dont need the leg to hold them up. Anyway, up to you. Yay, and official 1.2!

i like it, but u think it would look a little less "goonie" if you could like move his elbows up a little so it looks like he is in more of an attack position. thanks for all the work you do this is the best mx game ever!!!!!!

Hey man that looks pretty freaking good :D

As old mate said above me, if his arm were up a little bit more he would look 10times better :D
