You can't tell how far the race actually got.

Yes you can. If everyone finishes on Lap 8, its who ever finishes with the lowest Total race time

Your reasoning is flawed.

If the race is timed to say, 10 minutes, guess what? Everyones race is going to be 10 minutes. :/

Nah,the race doesn't stop at 10 minutes, it means that whatever lap you're on when the time hits 10 minutes, is your final lap, just like they do in the real nationals

Well, the AMA does it 30 min. +2 lap motos, so, we could do, say 10 minutes+2 laps. That seems reasonable.

(I'm not sure how you guys do it down under, it's probably a similar format.)

Yeah, something like that. But I don't think the game can do +2 laps, I think we should just set the time at 15mins, whoever gets the most laps done wins, but if people have done the same amount of laps, then whoever has the least TRT is placed higher

no im pritty sure you can do time + laps

the reason i do 10 laps is because it makes the longs tracks even harder and stretces out the feild

So what are we doing, 10 laps or 15 mins? 10 laps is way too much (especially for my computer)

Take your total time, divide it by 10, and multiply by 6.
