what is wrong with this game

ive had this game since 2009..
ive played it in and out each time with a newer computer than before,
my last rig was a amd phenom II black edition x4 at 3.4 ghz , radeon 6770 1gb ddr5 , and 16 gb ddr3 ram and it ran perfect on average graphics settings
now i have a i5 4670k liquid cooled oc at 4.2 ghz , evga gtx 760 sc 2 gb ddr5 , and 16 gb ddr3 ram and it runs like shit with average graphics...
its not my card i run other games on ultra no problem . if someone could help am i getting a memory leak or something idk

nvm setting it to fullscreen instead of windowed made the glitchy lag go away

I found that when I updated my drivers I had to play in windowed mode because of screen flickering and then in windowed mode I got shitty FPS.I would recommend installing some older drivers

ya no definitely wanna keep your drivers to the latest update

It's your choice but sometimes new drivers have bugs that mean you're better off going back a version until it's fixed.
