Well, thats the way it is when things get a bit more graphics detailed, nothing wrong with that.

Try --roostfrequency 25 if you're getting low FPS. It defaults to the maximum 1000 now, which might be too much for integrated GPUs.

The erode system in this game is crazy dude.

I started doing laps at Locust, and it was fun for the first 10 laps, then it turned into a nightmare.......

All it does is form akward square edged bumps everywhere. And you cant even see them untill thier two feet in front of you.

Overall, it was a terrifiying experiance.

haha, yeah, you have to keep refreshing the shading, it doesnt do it automatically since the decals got introduced.

Think he means the terrain geometry too, seems like when you get the big holes you have to turn your terrain geometry detail up or else they don't show up until you are right in front of them.

Like dodging mines in the dark ;).

You have to put strength to 0 and then go over the track for a while then just click anywere on the editor screen and the dark lines appear where you have been :P

But its really hard to make smooth ruts after a while they become really really bumpy!

Has anyone tried Redpoint Raceway with erode on a 125? Wow, I'll be riding along happily down a straight and BAM...my wheel digs a 5 foot hole and I have to reset.
