Don't worry about it. It's common on forums.

What you should do is make Official Rules. That way it's easier to ban people.

I made them in the FAQ but hell, there not official. Not even much of rules if you look at them.

I read them. But, the thread wasn't even made by an administrator, so it's not as 'set in stone', I guess.
