Ok,here is the new version of my control system I made this weekend. The system comprises of real motorcycle handlebars,

throttle and front brake/clutch levers. The system has 9 analog controls altogether including, steering, throttle, front

brake, rear brake, clutch, 2 horizontal axis, 1 permanent vertical axis and a 2nd vertical axis that can be switched on

instead of the clutch. It has 2 mini thumb joysticks (the x/y axis) on each switchgear housing, each has a selector

button built in and are for analog rider control etc. There is a center switch unit wit 8 push buttons and the selector

button for the 2nd (right) thumb joystick vertical axis or clutch lever. I am trying my best to cut cost and still

improve the controller. Here are a few pics of the MK2 Prototype, which is Very close to how the production Handlebar

System will be. This is with no covers and old test wiring.

The first picture is of the MK1 and MK2 next to each other. The MK2 is third of the weight.

Here is the MK2 at half height with Sportsbike Axis in use.

And this is the MK2 at its lowest, for sitting at a couch etc.

Sportsbike axis, halfway height.

And here is the system folded away for storage or shipping.

More info, pictures and videos will be posted as soon as I get to test it a bit more. I still have to build the lightweight foot controls too.

Yeah, I was going to say you probably wont get much profit when you count up the amount of man hours + parts, if any.

I build them myself, but I can do it like a production line and do upto 10 at a time. I prefer to build the bars one at a time though, it a concentration thing lol. I aint no robot lol

The moto axis looks awesome, but I think you should use different grips on the bars in the future.I would never want to ride a bike with Cruiser grips. They are just too smooth. If those grips are exchangable that would be fine,I would just put some Renthal Glow-In-The-Dark grips on there and call it good.

I will ship them anywhere, I am still making the new foot controls and when they are finished I will know the total weight for packing and shipping. I am also working on the clamp-on unit which will be lighter but not so versatile.

Just out of curiousity, how much do you think you would charge for one of the systems, and, if any price difference, ones with the stand and ones that are clamp-on?
