2021-02-16 snapshot (Updated 2021-02-21)

Changes:
- Switched to 64 bit builds.
- Fixed time being stored in single precision in input loop. (Was only noticeable in 64 bit because x87 fp registers are always double precision.)
- Fixed bug when seeding random number generator.
- Client version is now 43.
Updated 2021-02-21:
- Switched to DirectInput 8 on Windows.

Replace mx.exe or mxbin with one of the above files. The default location for mx.exe should be "C:\Program Files (x86)\MX Simulator". I'd keep a backup of the originals since these aren't well tested.

Since switching to 64 bit could expose a lot of bugs, this is super not tested. Make sure you test it well before you use it for anything important.
It's around 10-20% faster as 64 bit for me. Not bad!

Hey just a thought.. he may realize that there is an issue with controller connection. I don’t think he needs 52 people to tell him that.
