im having the same problem..my mx sim folder has both the mx.exe and zzzz.saf files in it but i still cant install it there?

Does your destination folder match the original install location exactly?

can someone walk me through how to update it on windows im not very good with computers

If you originally installed in the default location, just run the update installer and keep clicking "next".

If you installed somewhere else, change the destination folder to match where you originally installed.

yes it does jlv..i did origionally install it in the default folder..C:\Program Files\MX Simulator but it wont let me install the update in that folder i cant click next it just stays grey?

Could you open a command prompt (start/run and type cmd) and type:

dir "c:\Program Files\MX Simulator"

And then post or pm the result?

I got the update to work by doing this: in the MXSimulator folder, the .exe was "mx.exe" and the "next" button was grey. I've deleted the extension ("mx.exe">"mx") and the update is working fine. If it can help someone...

It appears Kawasakis has an updated demo, as he has the new textures there, and he only has the demo
