Since when?
I thought it was just the AGV RedBull helmet, I'm pretty sure you can use RedBull bikes, and everything else, as long as it's not the RedBull AGV helmet mate.

If that's what you want mate knock yourself out, just get stuff done first, fix a bike, skins, riders, all that..
Else its almost a guaranteed fail.

Nor did I, but I practiced, from my sig. I made the helmet, and the gear, I've also skinned a teambike that I think came out pretty decent, they were all my first things to skin in gimp, so if I can, anybody can.. (yes that includes you).

So my advice is just practice, get alot of reference pics from the internet for gear and stuff you want to make, like from every angle, and try to replicate it.

You can do it.

im pretty good at designing on the cpu but i dont have photoshop our anything like that can i just use paint that come with the cpu lol
