Current replica tracks for RF

Curious as to why RF is making the tracks before the IRL tracks are released? Now that this game is a Esport would it not make sense to wait till after the IRL races to create the sim versions so they are true replicas? I understand time to make the tracks can be an issue but is that the only reason? Im not upset about the current tracks being created im just wondering why they dont wait so they can make a true replica of the current year tracks.
