I too have been blatantly taken out multiple times over a race by Kaplan. I have demo's and write ups ready but after reading this and seeing the JLV doesn't seem to be willing to do anything about it maybe its time to start giving him a taste of his own medicine. Make sure you don't cut the track or ride backwards, since the precident has been set that you won't be banned for anything else, and make sure his race is ruined until he quits.
