Kaplan and Howard Again...

We all know who Kenny Kaplan and Ethan Howard are. They've been in here enough. They're back at it in elsinore 03, waiting for leaders and punting. Well, trying to, anyways.

Just as a side note, "finallybankennyandethan" is the first demo to watch and "bankennyethan3or4" is the second one.
Here's how it all broke down:
Both Starts: Both riders attempt to go WFO into the first corner and take everyone out.
First Demo (title: "finallybankennyandethan")
Kenny (#935 on a kx450f)
2:30 - Gets up from crash and punts me (#23)
5:40 - I lap him and he attempts to run into me
6:10 - Crashes while lining me up for a punt
7:35 - Runs it in on #280 while being lapped
9:00 - Goons triple, lands in whoops, but instead of turning right to go back into his line, turns left to try to hit me. Hits Blake Bishop #298
All moto - He isn't this slow. He's qualified for rF amateur nationals and has made it to the motos. He's gotten kicked for punting every time, though. He was waiting around for the leaders (specifically me) to come around so he could try to punt them.

Ethan (#224 on a crf450)
0:45 - Punts #194 off berm
1:35 - Crosses berm to hit #12 and collects #413
3:25 - Punts me off berm after I lap him
3:40 - Runs #280 (as a lapper) wide in berm and brake checks him)
5:20 - Waits on track and attempts to take out Jared Seidhoff #26 as a lapper
5:50 - Waits on berm and cuts down on me and takes me out
6:15 - Dives across berm and t-bones me
7:40 - Takes out #298 while being lapped
8:35-9:05 - Waits with Kaplan and cuts corner to attempt to punt me
All moto - Waiting on track, riding incredibly slow when he can actually run decent laps.
Second Demo (title: "bankennyethan3or4")
Kaplan (Still #935 but on crf450)
1:00 - Takes out #65, may have cut bales, not sure
1:40-2:10 - Rides at a snail's pace around the track, takes me out as a lapper
4:35 - Cuts across lanes trying to hit me
7:35 - Waits and lines up Yannick van Vugt #16 for a punt, as a lapper
7:50 - Stops in the middle of the track alongside Howard
8:15 - Finally moves again, attempts to punt me but misses when I crash
8:30 - Gets up from crash (with 2 corners to go) and instead of finishing lap goes down the start straight to 4th gear punt #280. 280 is unharmed because Kaplan went invisible.
All Moto - Sitting in track as usual, he can go way faster.

Howard (Still #224 on a crf450)
2:00-2:25 - Sits on track and tries to WFO punt me when I come by
3:20-3:30 - Stops in middle of track
3:35 - Moves out from off track to punt #381 Holden Cote
4:05-4:15 - Waits on start straight and tries to take me out again
5:05 - Gets up from crash and rides straight into #65
5:50 - Crashes and backs up into me. Waits for me to get up and runs me over the berm
6:15 - Waits after finish and WFO punts me
6:45 - Cuts track to punt me
7:50 - Stops on track alongside Kaplan
8:20 - Cuts track again trying to punt me at the end of the berm. His plan fails when I crash.
All Moto - Same as usual.

I'm pretty sure most of the MXS community can vouch for me that they'd like to see these guys get the boot for good. They go in 03 and don't race. They just murder everyone in their sights. I hope the cuts they did do are enough to get a ban. I'm fed up with these two. They've been in here enough times...

I read a post in here the other day when a guy got banned for waiting on the track for someone and then punting him, the same happens here... Multiple times. And normally if some cuts the track to punt someone they get banned, again, the same happens here multiple times.
Byron's reasons for putting these 2 in the ban court are plenty worthy of a ban, unless you change your criteria from case to case? But I highly doubt you do

Really? No offense jlv but that's not right and you know it. These two think its alright to be ruining everyone's racing over and over again, and their going to get away with just because they didn't cut a bale or two? They are obviously doing something wrong and making racing no fun with them around, if multiple people go into the extent to get them punished, especially as backed up as this one. Their not racing dirty, their not even racing at all. They are purposely ruining the racing.

If that doesn't call for a ban, your gonna get kids like this continue on, or even get worse, but not cut the track or go backwards. But hey, can't ban them right? I mean they are just doing a regular punt afterall.

JLV , if you didnt read they were cutting the track launching berm to berm and nailing people while being multiple laps down. The community would much rather these 2 (ethan and howard) be gone. The only thing they have done since started playing is just ruin peoples fun , hotlaps, races etc. They race to takeout , people may say "oh its just 03" but nothing frustrates someone more than a spode that launches / cuts track to take you out.
