Im a newb. Sorry guys, Help please?

I got mxsim about a month ago and have been playing around with different things ever since. I just started trying to skin but Idk exactly what im doing. I have gimp and have started on a skin and have gotten it in the game. My question is where do all of u guys get ur logos and layouts? Do u make all of them yourselves or copy paste them or what? Any help would be appreciated. Below is a photo of what I have so far. Tips would be great

Im not a skinner, but im pretty sure you just take a logo off google or where ever you want to get it from
