Hi, i have this weird problem with frame rate, my computer can easily handle graphics maxed out, but sometimes i have this weird lag, fps is low for no reason(even with low setting), and then i restart many times mx simulator and it will run normally like after few restarts. But most of the times when i just want to go play its this weird lag.
Any ideas ?

Check the task manager for processes using a lot of CPU time.
