Track Editing Decals

I'm working on my first track. I have a little problem.. I was watching Poidog808's tutorials and the decal part is where i'm stuck at. I Don't have a decal file in my track folder... So i was wondering if someone could tell me what happened or what i did wrong? Thanks! :)
