i made some gear previously and consistently got critized for having no norm and spec maps, so i decided make 2013 Thor gear and i was determined to make good gear this time but when it comes to spec and norm maps i have no idea what im doing so some help would be appreciated

I need help on this same thing. Although, I'm not looking for someone to do them for me. I am looking for someone to show me the proper way to make my own. Are there any tut's that are out there and I'm just scanning over?
