Multiplayer Problem

When i try to go on multiplayer in the top left it says "fixed file mismatch"
What does this mean? how do i fix it?

Make sure you don't have any generic_*.shp files installed anywhere and also make sure you have installed all of the updates.

i searched my computer or the files you mentioned and couldn't find any, i also have the the 1.8 update. is there anything else i am missing?

also, when i start playing a track it says that it can't load body, and can't load head. is there a rider model i am missing?
