BOTH and how did u get such good quality i tried turning everything up at 10 but then i could'nt even ride it was just sounds my graphics for everything are at 1 right now

it's called the ATI tools or tray I think it is called ATI tray, is something like it, but Nhancer offers wayyyyy more input. but try it out, i use it..
There's ATI Tray tools but I had to do a bunch of crap to get it to work (had to deal with signed drivers or something, it sucked). I just use the CCC.

The newer versions should have a fairly simple way around that. Can't remember exactly how it was, since it only needs to be done once and the future updates for att will work without needing to do it anymore.
It should be explained in the ati tray tools home page, or in guru3d forums
