cool wheel although i dont like the disk and you should try normal mapping the rim and and tire as u could make the text stand out

I don't even know how to do normal mapping.And there is no text anywhere on the skin. :?

I used photoshop, in theory it worked good :D

you should follow dj's tutorial on the wheels....i think it would make your screens look nicer :wink:

I think he is talking about how to get the specularity on the wheels.Here it is.I just copy and pasted.
FOR ANYONE WANTING SPECULARITY TO WORK ON THE WHEELS

Open up WheelsHD.saf in Notepad++

Replace all

0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000 0.000000

With

20.00000 0.500000 0.300000 0.300000 0.300000

Make sure its exactly this or it will fail. Keep a backup of wheelsHD.saf just in case.

The format of these numbers, for anyone interested, is

Hardness Specular_Exponent Red Green Blue

with max values of

511 2 1 1 1

EDIT: Same can be done for the rider model. Just use the line

10.00000 0.600000 0.170000 0.170000 0.170000
