Oh Dear Lord!!!! That looks amazing! Except for maybe the yellow on the grass.

So whats the go with it? Is it easily customisable? And what will we have to do to fix up the old tracks to fit in the new texturing system?

It's way easier to make new textures. Instead of having to make a million corner tiles, you just make one texture that is transparent at the edges so it will blend nicely.

The texture placement works almost exactly like the track object placement. It's a little more tedious than the tilemap painter but it's worth it.

Yeah, I think I get you. As long as the textures aren't insanely small, it should be fair easy. So when can we expect this to be released?

The texture size is adjustable, so you can go big and blurry, small and detailed or anywhere in between.

I'm not sure when it will be ready. I have a fairly important optimization to make first, and I haven't even tested on windows yet. Hopefully sometime this week if nothing goes wrong.

those new texs are so sweet. they will add new levels of realism to the game. that with the physics, and all the new modeling are really gonna help this game!
