my jumps are way to tall

when i make a track on photoshop my jumps end up being like 1000 ft tall help

Try reducing the size of the max height in the terrain.hf file.

and how do i get my jumps to be shaded...sorry for all the ?'s just want to try to make somee quality tracks

Depends on what kind of track you are making, try 0 for the minimum and 50 for the max as a starting point.

For the shading, select the smooth tool and set the strength to zero, then paint over the track, you'll have to do this every time you start the game unless you save the track.
