Is the state at least gaining anything from this? Tax dollars? Obviously they will benefit from the stores that spring up to sell it, but are they taxing the actual product as well?

Hells yes they are taxing it. If they weren't I'm sure a lot of people would be wigging out about it right now. Pretty sure tax dollars were the main driving force behind putting the possibility of legalized doobage out there for people to vote on.

Not sure. I would assume if they sell it there they can grow it there too. Be kind of dumb if you couldn't.
