If you have 60fps footage but render it out in 30fps it will delete every other frame. e.g.: if you record 60 fps you have frame 1, 2, 3, 4 at a certain shutter speed. Now if you render that footage out but in 30fps you will have a result of a video using frame 1,3,5,.. but with the shutter speed for 60fps footage resulting in certain parts looking sped-up.

Why is this rider so slow? Had to exit out of the video 10 seconds in.
