Shouldn't do that if they're powdercoated. I had an orange frame on my tree bike and a blue frame on my 105, and neither one really had issues. The black paint rubs off, too.

My dad's ktm just disintegrated itself and died in a crinkly mess of dry paint. It was well looked after too.

Like I said, powdercoat shouldn't have that issue unless you're trying to chisel at it.

Welp, I decided I'll be selling my 2000 YZ 250(*345) in this next few weeks. I'm giving up motocross for awhile and getting into adventure bikes. I thought long and hard about this, and realized its just way too difficult to ride dirtbikes in the NJ area right now, and i'd rather spend money and time exploring the country on a sweet adventure touring machine.

So, I just bought this beast:

Its a 2012 Triumph Tiger 800 XC with 412 miles on it. Long riding weekends here I come

Considering they are opening up a track down south in July you done messed up.

Still, my current living situation up in New York only allows for 1 bike to be here. So, currently my dirtbike is kept in Toms River, NJ. When i want to go riding, i have to drive all the way down to toms river from New York, then all the way north to englishtown (or whatever track i want to go to), then all the way back to toms river, then back home to New York. Its just such a hassle and takes a lot of time just to simply go riding.
