You gotta be a Youtube partner to gain moneys. For example if you'll be one you'll get 5$ for each thousand views on your video and some other things like channel views, favorites, comments, likes etc. Although its really hard to become one.

That's a different thing. Wether you can or not get a partnership from youtube is quite the different thing... I doubt they're interested in MxSim videos.

you have to sign up for something to be able to put advertisements in your youtube videos , that way you get payed you should look it up!

Yeah, and that is how streams make money of sites like Justin.tv, i don't remember the exact viewers you need and how much you get from it but Angrytestie who streams HoN makes 20$ an hour..
