So I thought I'd do a quick install of XP and dual boot it with win7, turns out I had a problem (now I found out it's easy to solve...) but I ended up reformatting. On my laptop while windows is installing right now...

Same, my legs still havn't healed, so i just work on my upper body.

I now has 2,4xBW deadlift. \m/
And now that my left hamstring's finally starting to heal, I'm close to getting back to my previous stats in squats, which would be 2xBW.

I dont dead lift usually but last time I did it was like 140 far from 2xBW ! I just took my pre workout ,goin to smash some weights haha
