Well there's your problem, build and work on your own computers.

You don't sound like you certainly know everything is good. You had to take it to someone else. If you've never "flatlined" your system with a fresh install of Windows, then you sould do it. Sounds like you have a partition version of Windows. Check your resource monitor for disk activity/ram/cpu usage. With a store-bought machine you'll have bloatware already on it along with an image of your OS on a partition. Both are resource hogs. Get your own copy of Win 7 pronto.

Can confirm have an ASUS laptop I bought years ago because I needed a portable gaming device. So much crap from ASUS installed and it runs every time it boots up. I remember I installed AVG right away not thinking of anything and it kept randomly shutting down on me. Took me and my dad forever to figure out what was wrong with laptop.

Just having Sidebar alone running takes a lot of resources. Back in the day you could configure a "clean boot" easily. I haven't looked into that, but may be a good performance booster.
That moment you win a 1v2 with 1 hp and an auto shotgun

I think I'm done with CSGO until (if) they decide to fix the revolver update. The entire game in competitive now is armor revolver now. Nobody uses AKs, AWPs, Pistols, or M4s.. Everyone just buys a revolver, one shot kill. The game is pointless now.

I think a 3750$ pricetag would be nice. Do I want the awp with zoom or corshair? Anti eco every round...
