It merely depends on what country you're in, and what class.
I'm guessing if you're riding a KX100, C Class.

By my Countries rules, you would be racing with in the 85cc class.

Technically, KX100's can ride Supermini (79cc-112cc) and Schoolboy (86cc-125cc). If there is a 125 2-stroke class, you have to ride a 125cc bike.
