Re: Whats your pc?
Got bored, so I cleaned up my wires a bit. Most of it is tucked behind the plate now, but since my PSU is considered a "hybrid" Power supply, It is only 1/2 modular so its still fairly messy. Got my temp display working, and disabled the blue LED's on my side panel (they were blinding).

Re: Whats your pc?
Just got a new laptop. Just needed a new one because the old one was filled with chips salsa inside. Dont ask how i got it in. But anyways. My old (2010 mod) costs about 500 dollars. And the new one 950 or something. (dont sure if this was the right valuta:P ...) The old one could drive MXS at 128 X 128 pretty good at exc High point.
But on the other side, the new one it laggs if i ride the 2011 SX tracks by JLV on not 64 X 64 at full. When it costs 430 (?) more i think it's wired the computer cant handle it better.
The new one: http://www.elkjop.no/product/data/barba ... -g6-1235so It's from an Norweigan site so if you aren't really bored you dont have to mess with the price.
The old http://www.komplett.no/k/ki.aspx?sku=599600
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2430m CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics / Generic PnP Monitor (1366x768@60Hz) Intel(R) HD Graphics Family
RAM: 6,00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3
Hope this was enaugh information so someone can help
I did try YZ's tutorial but it didn't have any effects

Re: Whats your pc?
Same here, I posted a topic on it. It lags for me with 13+ people. Not 12, not 11 but 13+. I can run all the other tracks at the preset "High Detail" wit as many people as i want.botten144 wrote:But on the other side, the new one it laggs if i ride the 2011 SX tracks by JLV on not 64 X 64 at full. I did try YZ's tutorial but it didn't have any effects

I was talking to Mikey. I think I had a valid point
Re: Whats your pc?
Yeah, with Mikey you did, but that argument doesn't really apply to me.

Re: Whats your pc?
Finally got my setup up and running! After working out a grounding issue with the case, it's all set!
Just going through the usual setups/updates/etc. but gave a real fast download of Live For Speed just to compare to my laptop. No comparison lol.
Right now, on max settings I get 500+FPS. No lag whatsoever, which is awesome. Waiting to transfer over my MX Sim stuff to get a benchmark on that!
SO PUMPED.

Re: Whats your pc?

Anyway great beast... you should buy 2 gtx 570 instead of thoses 448 cores, for 30 or 40$ more ^^
I changed mine this week : now a CF of 6950 instead of the cf 6870, and both cards are flashed into 6970. But i'm in love with the news amd 7970... Wish i can buy it in few time lol
