Glad most of you guys are having fun with the demo, I'll try to answer some of the many questions.

Mittocs, the deformation never goes away. I'm guessing what you saw was the tire track (like what was in Untamed) erasing. The ruts/bumps/ruts all stay forever.

To scrub, turn the right, left, or both sticks to the side off teh face, be sure to set up so you don't turn off the track. Finding the right time, how hard, and how much of each stick to use for each jump is a skill you'll learn and get better at everyday.

To whip, once you leave the lip, or before, throw one of both the sticks in a direction, use the gas and brakes to munipulate them, there are millions of whips to do. To land them, hit the sticks back the direction you want to go, there is some help there to bring youback, so you can actually let off the sticks and let the game do the work, or bring it back yourself if you need to bring it back more quickly.

I would of thought the more hardcore sim players here would hate it.

I like it a lot, try setting a respawn marker and constantly hit the same jump over and over. eventually there will a deep ass rut where you can barely whip out of. so much fun.
