2011 AMA Supercross Discussion

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

450-Well my bets are on Dungey. He had the speed to keep up with Stewart and Reed in A1.

250-I actually dont know. Its wide open.

My bets are on Reed on his Hyundai. I saw a test video of him and DAMN he had that thing dialed in

250- Hopefully Barcia but there's lots of talent in there

Villopoto will win all of them but two.

I can't say on 250 because I have no clue who's competition is where. I'm hoping Dean for whatever side he choses. Then I hope Tickle and Hahn do good, they deserve it.

He has a light injury indeed.

450: Dungey, Stewart, Reed, Vilopoto are the 4big name's in there and I hope they will show that on the track, some cool battles and I hope that here and then a rider like Windham and Grant (probarly forgetting a ton of riders) can take a victory.
Canard will end the season great but I think he will strugle a bit in the beginning as a full-time season rookie in this verry talented field.

250: first check out who will ride wich coast, becouse Pro Circuit and Geico both didn't released yet who will ride wich coast. I think it's a kind of mental war strategy.

Anyway, I'm liking this season already!!!

Don't forget that canard rode half of the previous season on a factory 450 crf ;) he did pretty well except for the first race, after that he had a podium in every main ? correct me if I'm wrong

True, but then we were missing a lot of great riders.
He had problems with Vilo and Dungey their pace, add Reed and Stewart to them and a top5 will be a nice race for him.

I'm not saying he's slow, but he's missing that few hundreds of a second a lap to beat those 4 "giants". So I'm counting him in with the outsiders :)

And in the 250 I'm already sure about the name's, Barcia, Roczen, Wilson, Wharton, Bagget, Tomac and Jos Hansen.
I also heard from some guy that Rattray can ride some SX also. But not something to take a title yet, more something for top5's.

Thats true. Hes consitant, unlike Stewart. (crashes a lot based on last year/year before. But he seems to have good luck the other races) I think Villipoto and Stewart will be main rivals, and Dungey and Reed will be. But i think Canard will suprise us all.

My guess for 450 a1 in Vurb Lottery:
1:Stewart
2:Dungey
3:Canard
4:Reed
5:Windham
...HS:Short

I really believe Stewie is gonna come out fast, and if he doesn't get injured (chances are quite high though) he will take the championship. Positions after that will be tight but if I had to guess it would be 2. Reed 3.Villopoto/Dungey and after those Canard/KDub/Short etc.

Ps. I think Jones posted his guess on the same minute as I and it was the same except he had Short as 5th and Stewart with the HS.

450- Dungey will lead the points after a1 and 6 races in, after that he will eat dirt for first time of the season and Reed will grab the points lead.
250-Bracia will battle with Rokzen/Rockzen i dont know.
