International trip, suggestions?

I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

International trip, suggestions?

Post by ddmx »

Around the time of early May 2011, me and a couple friends will be embarking on a trip to Europe. My initial thoughts are to fly in to western Ireland by way of Shannon, and visit the cliffs of moher. Spend a couple days in Ireland ending up in Dublin, and taking a ferry to England. A couple days in England, some time in London for sure, then another ferry to mainland Europe. From there up into Germany to check out some sick scenery and castles, then back down in to France for some time in Paris (Bastille, looks a fun party district). Travel France a little bit, then make our way down to Italy where we finally end our trip and fly back to America.

I was wondering if anyone from Europe had suggestions on neat places to tour, where we won't look like American idiots with our cameras and salty foreign language attempts. Maybe hole in the wall places that have something neat about them, that most tourists might not be able to find on a map or something. Also, maybe just national landmarks that we should try to hit up in some of the different countries. Thoughts and comments welcome! : )

hmm I've never heard about a town called Australia in Europe. It could be a small village somewhere though or you're mistaking with Austria.

well, here is what I understood of this thread: you're going to Europe, Mickey made a joke about Australia being in Euro, DJ thought Mickey didn't read your first post right and replied to Mickey, then you replied to Mickey about not going to the town of Australia, DJ replied again so I thought you we're either joking about a town called Australia in Europe calling it Aussi land or you both (Mickey and you) we're talking about Austria.
Anyway, if that doesn't make sense let's just say it was sarcasm lol

never liked euro to much, Mediterranean area is pretty nice. My pops always said that the Philippines is the secret spot to travel to. Better and cheaper then hawaii, dubai is really interesting to visit if you have money haha.

Or get a clue and come to the realization that all Europeans are assholes and don't want you and your buddies there?.... Seriously tho, all Europeans are assholes.
