If you're going to host an event, have the server on that track.. also, if we mention it, it'd be nice if someone addressed the issue.

I qualified in the servers with Fort Winton, but the race server is saying I don't have Fort Winton (I re-installed the track and tried to connect again, no bueno).

It's what I programmed that sets it up. Nobody does anything manual except for uploading tracks and creating a series.
