The back looks wider on the real model. It also has a fatbar and a hydraulic clucth. The side plates are flat on the airbox, but they become more rounded when they come to the rear fender. They are not as square on the right side, and not as flat on the left side. They pretty much have the same shape, as the muffler is under the right side plate.
Those are some pictures I took for Wakestyle a while ago (the silencer is usually more vertical but removed the pipe has been removed on the pictures). Don't hesitate to ask for other pictures dude.

Looks good. And I'd say go for optional parts. Just make sure you don't use your optimisation with the UV mapping.
It doesn't do any good having things that aren't even seen take up valuable space.
And aside from that, did you ever get my 661 helmet? I can't remember if I resent it or not.
